Meg serves as the Associate Director for Finance and Administration for the Institute
of Government, leading teams responsible for facilities, fiscal affairs, information
technology and human resources.
She joined the institute in 2023 as its first full-time human resources manager, with
responsibility for strategic workforce planning and recruitment, succession planning,
and the employee life cycle experience, including onboarding, development, reward
& recognition, compensation and employee relations.
Prior to working at the university, Meg worked with Bank of America for over 33 years
in various talent and organizational development roles, with her final assignment
as the Learning & Leadership Development executive for its Consumer Banking & Investments
business.
